De Fussigny Cognac distills their eau-de-vie in their distillery that was established in 1814. They are located on the banks of the Charente River and are one of the last in operation in the historical center of Cognac France. They believe that since the river is proximate to their facility it makes for ideal “hygrometry” in their cellars and provides an excellent ageing process for their Cognacs. Their brand they said, “embodies the will to perpetuate the skills of Master Blenders, through the elaboration of high-quality traditional products as well as the creation of innovative ranges corresponding to change in consumer tastes."
